‘I have completed a Yoga for Beginners course with James, during which he shared comprehensive information, demonstrating his understanding of his subject, while perfectly maintaining the balance between theory and practice, and following a well planned course, while always being prepared to stray from his plan to answer queries.
His teaching style is relaxed, yet structured, and he has infused me with confidence in my yoga practice, going forwards. Thank you, James, for sharing your knowledge with me. Thursday evenings have been an oasis of calm in an otherwise extremely challenging and hectic period of my life! I have learnt techniques and practice which now support me in daily life.’ – Maddy Fripp’
Hi James, I thought your workshop was fab and just what I needed as a complete beginner. I have learnt a lot and am looking forward to a life of yoga! Many people have asked me if you are doing another beginners workshop so I don’t think you would be short of takers.’ – Georgie Adams
‘Hi James, thanks so much I really enjoyed the course – much better understanding of what is going on. If you carried on another course aka beginning 2 I would definitely sign up and keep going. Lovely to be around such positive energy. – Jon Dale
